I was being seen for my VA claim and was welcomed by friendly and professional staff who took time to explain the process to me and make sure I understood the details and was comfortable.

The doctor who conducted my VA disability claim physical was amazing. She was very thorough and even pointed out more things to add to my claim. It was a bright light among the hell that is dealing with the VA and the claims process. If you are given the option, I would 10 out of 10 recommend this medical center for anyone navigating the nightmare that is the VA claims process.

My experience here today was fantastic. Everyone was very helpful and curious. I had been scheduled for multiple appointments at different times on the same day and was able to be seen quickly. This was my second scheduling with this facility and I have no complaints at all. People with negative reviews need to keep in mind this is not your primary health care provider. They are not here to treat you, just to evaluate your symptoms and document your issues for your claims.

I was very pleased with my visit to OTC! The wait area and rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and explained my visit very well, especially the office coordinator Leslie and the check out clerk, Delcia. All of my questions were answered and they presented very knowledgeable and professional. My provider, Angela Davis, was also very friendly and knowledgeable, sharing her concern for my condition. I would highly recommend them for VA evaluations. They were a breath of fresh air compared to other agency visits. Thank you! They all should get well-deserved vacations. 😀

Greeted immediately after entering office. Very professional front desk. Dr. Desire. Marie Carmel provided service beyond my expectations. She was caring and extremely thoughtful regarding my conditions. I'm very pleased!

Had a PHA appt today, great service! The ladies in the front greeted me immediately and called to the room in 10min. China helped me out, she is professional and very sweet. The doctor was also a sweet woman who quickly took care of my file and finished my appointment. Thanks to the staff for getting me out in less than 30min !!
